Return & Refund Policy

At Cornerstone Pets, we want you and your pets to be happy with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition

  • Products must be returned in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required

Certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Opened pet care or grooming products

  • Personalized or custom items

  • Clearance or final sale products

  • Perishable pet items

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within several business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect upon arrival. If you need an exchange, please contact us with your order details and photos of the issue.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within a limited time after purchase before processing begins. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
